Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete consultation cards and determine the best treatment for your individual needs. Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals however we regret full service time may not be possible. Please also note a very late arrival with no prior warning could result in no treatment with a penalty deduction of 50% of the total treatment cost.
When booking an appointment please inform us of any health conditions. This includes high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, varicose veins, pregnancy etc. This ensures no disappointment when treatment cannot be performed. This information is confidential.
Patch tests should ideally be carried out 24 hours before waxing, tinting and tanning treatments. This applies to your first visit however if you do not wish to attend for patch testing, we require you to sign a disclaimer on the day of your treatment.

We respect each client’s right to personal privacy, so any information, conversations etc will not be disclosed to third parties.
Cancellation and refund Policy
As a courtesy, and because your appointment is reserved especially for you, we ask you to notify us 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule. Any NO-SHOW appointments will incur 50% charge of reserved services. Goods bought must be returned in original packaging for a full refund
Please communicate to your assigned therapist your specific expectations both before and during the treatment (if necessary) so that they can target your specific needs (whether it be more extensive extractions, deeper massage, square or round nails, shape etc…)
Products for take home or at home use will be eligible for a full refund on condition that the product(s) is returned unopened and un-used within 30 days of initial purchase date. We will not refund postage costs.
Where Spa Treatments or Spa Vouchers are purchased we do not guarantee delivery by a set time/date. We use Royal Mail for sending items or vouchers, but in the case of non-delivery we will re-issue to the full value and make every effort to ensure delivery or hold instore for collection/use when needed with a confirmation email where appropriate. There is no cash refund for issued vouchers. We may at our discretion refund vouchers less 10% handling fee to the purchaser ONLY and not the recipient to cover our costs and administration.
From time to time we will change our Menu for treatments and prices so we may be unable to provide services previously offered. Please check our current Brochure for up to date information.
We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards.
Many of our treatments require the removal of your jewellery which will be stored safely in your treatment room. Please ensure you receive all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Aftercare leaflets are available to each client on waxing, tanning, Indian head massage and body treatments.
